Interior Design and Engineering<\/b><\/p>\n

Our thinking about a boat interior starts way earlier than the appealing look can be determined.
Safety and comfort are keywords for us. We are aware of boats limitations compared to land interiors. The earlier you know what needs to be taken into account, the less iterations are necessary in later phases. Noise reduction, wet areas risks, overloads, service accessibilities, fire safety are constantly in our minds at every stage of the project. All that may require extra space which we consider when drawing a GA. When special solutions are needed we are to help you. Finding ways even for what seems impossible is our favourite task.<\/p>

Basic Design and Engineering<\/b><\/p>

At our marine outfitting engineering and design studio we develop General Arrangements based on a solid understanding of ergonomics, classification society regulations, spatial requirements for technical equipment, and current yacht design trends. Every GA we create is built from the ground up \u2014 from initial concept to a complete technical document ready for further engineering.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

At 5010 studio we confront the space determined for each cabin of the vessel with the room for the \u201cinvisible\u201d \u2014 systems and insulation. We convert the designer\u2019s General Arrangement into a technical document that forms the basis for any further engineering and design. Along with the GA, coordination drawings and a 3D coordination model may be delivered to support the next stages of development.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Detailed Interior Design<\/strong><\/p>

We handle full yacht interior design.
We define shapes and dimensions, choose the overall style, materials, and finishes. We prepare moodboards and select equipment and fixtures.
Thanks to our knowledge of furniture construction, our yacht interior design and marine interior design work is not only visually consistent and ergonomic, but also practical to build. We avoid solutions that look good on paper but create problems during production.
Our technical understanding is especially visible in the details. We design them consciously, with full awareness of how they will be made and assembled, which is where the real quality of the interior is decided.<\/p>

Detailed Interior Engineering<\/strong><\/p>

We develop furniture construction and select technologies based on the manufacturer\u2019s guidelines. Our approach to interior yacht engineering is based on real production requirements, not assumptions.<\/p>

We have people in our team who actually work on assembling and servicing yachts. Before we deliver a project, they review it and point out what can be improved \u2014 so it works not only on screen and on paper, but also on the workfloor and later during use and servicing.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><\/div>

5010 studio marine outfitting engineering team delivers 3D models and complete drawing documentation. If needed, we can prepare drawings in a traditional shipyard style. At the same time, our standard is modern documentation that simplifies production, even for less experienced workers. What sets our drawings apart is the way they are created. We use a more clear and structured approach than traditional shipyard documentation, making them easier to read and follow. DEVELOPMENT AND CONVERSION TO SERIAL PRODUCTION<\/strong><\/p>

At 5010 studio, we help shipyards improve existing projects and speed up production. Visit the “Reverse engineering”<\/a> section to see how we bring an existing boat into a digital model and prepare it for serial production.<\/p>

We come to your shipyard, check everything in detail, take measurements, and listen to what\u2019s not working. Based on that, we introduce improvements so the furniture becomes more durable, more functional, and better looking.<\/p>
